Single owner-operated for over 25 years, our mission and vision has always been to serve the community by providing top of the line supplements and natural  groceries at affordable prices. We love answering questions and helping you discover all the store has to offer.  Some key areas of interest, in addition to our amazing supplement selection, are incense, essential oils, bath & body care, protein powders & collagen, healthy bars & snacks, make-your-own peanut butter, local honey, and an exemplary tea assortment.

One of our biggest draws is our fantastic Juice Bar, where you can enjoy vegetarian sandwiches, juices and smoothies made to order. There is also a grab and go case full of healthy, ready to eat options, and our Chef Sunny prepares incredible soups ready for you to sample, eat in house, or take home.

We were excited to add a lovely dining area last spring, where you can enjoy your lunch and also take in the works of local artists!  Exhibits last 6-8 weeks, and most art is for sale. Inquire within.
